Yes, do you listen to your skin? Are you in tune with it? How do you perceive it? Do you listen to the messages it’s sending you? And most importantly, how do you feel in your skin??

We often live a hectic life which sometimes distracts us from ourselves, our focus; we establish routines that allow us to do everything we have to do or want to do during the day, so that at the end we forget about ourselves and the importance of dedicating those 5-10 minutes in silence.

Turn everything off, we scan all the interference for a moment, we close our eyes, we breathe deeply, we embrace ourselves and we feel love for ourselves, let’s tell ourselves to say: I love you.

Let’s close our eyes for a moment, stay in silence, and perceive what is inside us. Let’s reconnect body and mind, find and rediscover what makes us feel good.

When we feel good with ourselves, we feel better with others too and this also improves relationships with the outside world, so the benefit is for us and for everyone around us, family, friends, relatives, colleagues.

Let's listen to our inner voice and listen to our skin. Which products to use? What type? How often? Which products absorb best? What products make it happy and healthy?? This is the key. Listening.

A product that smells good or has a nice advertisement may not be suitable for our skin. An influencer-sponsored product may not be necessary.

How do we understand that? Simply really listening to us and listening to our skin. In fact, 3 – 5 quality organic products are sufficient. Correct, you do not need 25 products.

Let's do this test:

Let's wash our face with warm or fresh water, dry it, close your eyes, do 2 - 3 deep breaths... what do you hear? What does your skin suggest?

For example my unmissable 3 basic products are a clay mask, a simple hydrolat and easily absorbable oil serum, rich in natural antioxidants and plant extracts. Possibly need a cleansing balm to remove make-up and a cotton face cloth for a slight regular exfoliation. Nothing else.

If you expose yourself to the sun and in spring / summer certainly a good organic SPF protection with SPF 30 / 50 is desirable.
